At SheStandsOut Foundation Ghana, every statistic is a story — a woman who stepped into a room of strangers, a girl who raised her hand in class, a mother who turned a side hustle into a family-supporting business. This is one of those stories.
What we learned
Through our programmes we have seen three consistent patterns. First, training without follow-up support rarely sticks. Second, capital is necessary but never sufficient — network and mentorship compound the returns. Third, storytelling and visibility transform how communities see what women can build.
What happens next
We are doubling down on mentorship, expanding our digital skills track, and deepening our partnerships with local schools and businesses. If you would like to be part of what we are building, we would love to hear from you.
